L was sooo excited about going to the living nativity. He's really been looking forward to baby Jesus' birthday, and to see it acted out was a big deal for him. He narrated the different scenes as we passed them, and couldn't wait to see the babe, lying in the manger. Said babe had bright red hair, and was having a blast wiggling about and checking out the sheep.
We lingered at the manger for a long, long time. On the way home we looked for creches, and L loved it. So, if he grows up thinking the Son of God had red hair here on earth, we can all point back to this moment, and smile.
