So, after a long time in his box in the garage, we brought out Scarecrow Jim and put him back together. This was the evening after our hike (the not-freezing day :). L and Nana built the scarecrow, while M and I played on the slide.
Now, what are they doing? I'm not going anywhere near that thing...
And here's Jim, who is looking much stronger than last year - apparently he's been working out in the off season!
