Thump - There it is...

Yummy - here's M enjoying a bit of the bread we made. It's pretty good, though next time I'm going to try and tweek it a bit. It sure is fun being able to whip out a batch of home-made-fresh bread though!

And, as for the Thump, well, that would be L's tripping and hitting the corner of the wall. We went down to say hi to "the boys," otherwise known as Mr. Albert and Mr. "Twabis," who were kind enough to play with them for a while. I literally opened my mouth to say it was time to go upstairs when L tripped and hit the corner of the wall face first! Didn't want to leave "Twabis" though, so I ran up and got the Boo-Boo Doggy out of the freezer, and in the 30 seconds it took me to do that, the mark had swelled up about half an inch off his head!

During all this, M was happily entertaining himself with Mr. Albert, with an occasional glance in L's direction!

Have to hand it to L though - he let us put the freezing cold Doggy on his head for a bit, stopped crying really quick, and sat sniffling on the couch with me and - well, mostly - with Travis till he calmed down enough to be taken upstairs!

This is him holding the Boo-Boo Bunny afterwords (M is now chewing on the B.B. Doggy). Two days later, the swelling is gone, but he has a sharp mark and a long, straight bruise that runs right down to his cheek, and is now sporting an Elmo band-aid over his eyebrow. What a trooper!

Three year old boys are never dull, that's for sure!

PS - for those of you wondering, L is quite annoyed that the tree fell on our garden and our wagon. He keeps asking when Daddy is going to fix the tree, as if Daddy could do such a thing! Daddy is such a hero in L's eyes - nothing breaks that he can't fix (or put new batteries in)!
